Event Description
Featuring a panel of lawyers from diverse practices, this program will feature advice and guidance for relatively new lawyers (1-5 years of practice), including how to develop skills, knowledge, and relationships needed to succeed in the practice of law in the District. The panel includes lawyers from private practice and government service who will provide examples of strategies to grow as a lawyer and how to utilize the opportunities for professional development available at the D.C. Bar as well as other professional organizations in town. The panel will also participate in a free-flowing Q&A period where young lawyers can ask for advice.

This luncheon program is sponsored by the Young Lawyers Committee of the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Section, Courts, Lawyers and Administration of Justice Section, Labor and Employment Law Section, and Litigation Section.
