This moderated panel discussion will focus on issues relating to the practice of plurality voting in the uncontested elections of public company directors, including an evaluation of reform efforts by investors and others to encourage or require public corporations to adopt majority voting and eliminate un-elected or zombie directors. Questions will be taken from the audience.
