The District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct and any amendments thereto, appearing as Appendix A, shall provide the standards governing the practice of law in the District of Columbia. Appendix B of this rule sets forth the requirements and provisions of the Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) program which has been approved by the court.
