The Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Section focuses on issues of interest to real estate, housing, and land use practitioners through programs and publications, including a quarterly newsletter, and by providing information and comments on current legislative and regulatory changes in the areas of real estate transactions, litigation, finance, workouts, zoning and land use laws, legal opinions, and landlord-tenant relations.

The section’s has five committees: community outreach, land use, legislation, real property transactions, and rental housing.
