For all non-CLE D.C. Bar section events the following registration policies apply:

• A section-sponsored educational program not intended as a CLE program, and not administered by the D.C. Bar Continuing Legal Education Program, will not qualify for CLE credit in other jurisdictions, including Ohio and Pennsylvania.
• Phone registrations are not accepted. Fax registrations are accepted for free events, prepaid program series RSVP, and credit card payments. (MasterCard and VISA only)
• Registrations without an accompanying payment, by cash, check or credit card, will not be processed.
• Registrations received less than two business days before an event are not guaranteed food service.
• Requests for special dietary or physical accommodations must be received by the Sections Office at least one business day before an event.
• Substitutes are permitted for reservations.
• Reservations are held for 20 minutes after the slated event start time.
• On-site registration is accepted on a space-available basis, using a first-come, first-served wait list.
• Refunds will be processed only for cancellations submitted to the Sections Office in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail, at least 48 hours in advance of an event.
