Fidell, founding president of the National Institute of Military Justice, will join Yale Law School as Florence Rogatz Senior Visiting Lecturer in Law... Michael B. Devine, assistant business law professor at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, was admitted as a Fellow in International Commercial Arbitration at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London... Gerard M. Stegmaier of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. has been elected secretary of the Fairfax Law Foundation… Edward F. Novak of Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A. in Phoenix was elected president of the State Bar of Arizona... DLA Piper’s Bret Lowell, Erik Wulff, and Philip F. Zeidman were listed in Chambers Global 2008 directory of the world’s leading lawyers. The guide also recognized 42 partners from Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP… James E.
