D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct

Adopted by order of the D.C. Court of Appeals on August 1, 2006, with an effective date of February 1, 2007, the rules govern the practice of law in the District of Columbia. The rules are presented in a three-ring binder with a preface describing the court and the Bar deliberations on the document, which was based on the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. Purchasers of the complete subscription will receive periodic updates to the publication consisting of all revisions to the rules issued by the D.C. Court of Appeals, opinions of the D.C. Bar Legal Ethics Committee, and tables cross-referencing provisions of the rules and the D.C. Code of Professional Responsibility, the predecessor document to the rules. Bulk pricing available.
