The policies posted on this site were provided in response to a February 2002 pro bono policy survey of federal agencies conducted by the D.C. Circuit Judicial Conference Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services. Several agencies have since updated their policies, and some agencies may have pro bono policies that are not provided here. Federal government employees should verify their agencies' current policies and should not rely on the information set forth on this site.
