E–brief
D.C. Bar member who include their e–mail addresses on their registration statement will receive the E–Brief, a monthly electronic newsletter with timely announcements and important information from the D.C. Bar. The E–Brief usually delivers six short items in each edition with links to more details on the D.C. Bar’s Web site.

 

E–mail Communication
Members who provide their e–mail addresses to the Bar are kept up to date instantly whenever the Bar distributes important announcements about Bar matters as well as the practice of law in the District of Columbia. Provide your e–mail address now by logging into your member profile.

 

Legal Career Center
A dynamic way to find a new position or to advertise an opening is the D.C. Bar Career Center on the D.C. Bar’s Web site. An extensive listing of the professional opportunities enables job seekers and recruiters to connect electronically. www.dcbar.org/careercenter

Mailing Lists
Members are eligible to purchase mailing labels at a discount to distribute announcements to other D.C. Bar members on changes in firm, address, phone number, or position. Mailing labels are also used by non–Bar–related organizations for commercial purposes. Members may request that their name be removed from all mailings with the exception of the Bar–related mailings. www.dcbar.org/mailinglists

Publications
