Notice is hereby given that the list published herewith contains the names of 105 successful applicants of the District of Columbia Bar Examination administered on February 26 and 27, 2013, to 229 applicants. This represents a 57% pass rate among first-time takers and an overall pass rate of 46%. 

The members of the Committee on Admissions request that any information tending to affect the eligibility of any of these applicants on moral or ethical grounds be furnished to the Committee on Admissions on or before Friday, July 5, 2013.

Individuals whose names do not appear on this list should be aware that pursuant to D.C. App. Rule 46 (b)(12), the post–examination review of the essay papers will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the D.C. Court of Appeals located at 430 E Street NW, Washington D.C. Should you choose to participate in the review, you must notify the Committee’s Staff on or before Thursday, May 23, 2013.
