Notice is hereby given that the list published herewith contains the names of 141 successful applicants of the District of Columbia Bar Examination administered on February 26 and 27, 2008, to 281 applicants. This represents a 64% pass rate among first-time takers or an overall pass rate of 50%.
The members of the Committee on Admissions request that any information tending to affect the eligibility of any of these applicants on moral or ethical grounds be furnished to the Committee on Admissions on or before Monday, June 9, 2008.
Unless otherwise notified by the Committee, it is expected that these applicants will be administered the oath of admission at a formal ceremony before a panel of Judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals on Monday, June 16, 2008, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom on the sixth level of the District of Columbia Courthouse at 500 Indiana Avenue NW.
