Description: Join us and learn the basics of reading financial statements. This course offers a primer on the three types of financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. You will learn the different components of each financial statement and how they are interrelated. In addition, the course will cover a variety of technical accounting matters that you may encounter in your practice. It will help you better represent your clients and understand the business as well as financial issues and concerns that affect your legal advice. This course is designed for attorneys with little or no formal accounting background.
