Please join us for our back-to-basics series from the New Tax Practitioners Committee. On March 7, we will present a panel on the basics of tax procedure starting with the statutory Notice of Deficiency and ending with the Tax Court Petition. Distinguished practitioners Kathryn Vouri, Tax Court law clerk, and John Pontius, tax controversy and litigation practitioner will provide firsthand knowledge from their daily practice in guiding us through the complicated web of tax procedure. A summary and review of the July 2012 amendments to the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure will be included in the presentation. Questions encouraged.

This luncheon program is sponsored by the New Tax Practitioners Committee of the Taxation Section.
