Administrative Law - Annual Review

Responding to popular demand, this is the annual D.C. Bar program reviewing significant recent developments in administrative law.  Topics will be drawn from the decisions of the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and federal agencies, as well as proposed Congressional legislation.

The panel is composed of three administrative law professors: Professor Lisa Heinzerling (Georgetown University Law Center); Professor Jonathan Siegel (George Washington University Law School); and Professor Jeffrey S. Lubbers (American University Washington College of Law).
