How to challenge digital evidence
Different types of video recording equipment and how video evidence can be captured
How to access information on video surveillance cameras: banks, private businesses, and government agencies
Preservation and collection of video and photo evidence
Strategies for investigation
Translating the investigation to the courtroom: evidence rules and effective presentations to the judge and to a jury
