Description: This new class will provide an overview of federal litigation relating to immigration matters. You will learn about these key issues and more:
Petitions for review to challenge final orders of removal
Judicial review of agency decisions in family-based, employment-based, and naturalization cases
Mandamus actions to compel agencies to adjudicate long-pending applications for immigration benefits, such as permanent residence and naturalization.
