Description:  Learn how to draft and negotiate employment contracts from both the employer and the employee perspective. Materials will include a checklist of topics to consider, including these issues and more:

The program will concentrate on D.C. law, but will also compare and contrast the law and practice in Maryland and Virginia. Materials will include sample agreements.
