Description: Cloud computing is one of the hottest trends in technology, affecting government agencies, corporations, and law firms. You will learn about the basic cloud computing service models and the ten most important issues raised by cloud computing, including data security, confidentiality, service levels, and remedies and termination. Our presenters will offer tips for managing the primary risks raised by cloud computing and engage in a mock negotiation of a cloud computing services agreement. Participants will receive a sample cloud computing agreement and sample supplementary provisions. Note: This program addresses the legal issues involved in a cloud computing transaction, but does not include technical assistance or recommendations.
