The D.C. Bar's Labor and Employment Section is sponsoring a panel discussion on the newly enacted Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA). Please join us as panel members Kristin Alden of the Alden Law Group, James Eisenmann, Executive Director of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Jason Zuckerman, Senior Legal Advisor, Office of Special Counsel (OSC), and Daniel Meyer, Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General (DOD-IG), provide an overview of the amendments and offer their insight as to the impact on agencies and whistleblowers. The moderators of the panel will be Ralph C. Conte, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Michelle Bercovici, Alden Law Group.
