Jo Linda Johnson, the Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Federal Training and Outreach office, will present a brown bag lunchtime program covering the history of the application of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees, survey results regarding discrimination against these employees, and current cases and trends in this area of the law.
This brown bag luncheon program is sponsored by the Labor and Employment Law Section, in cosponsorship with the Courts, Lawyers and the Administration of Justice Section, Family Law Section and Law Practice Management Section.
