Accounting and Tax Guidance for Probate Practitioners

Time: Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
Description

This is the probate practitioner's opportunity to ask questions regarding tax and accounting preparation for decedent's estates and the wards of guardians/conservators, as well as review the process for preparing accountings that will be accepted by the Auditing and Appraisal Branch of the Office of the Register of Wills.  Learn the relevant tax forms for filing returns for personal representatives, estates and the wards of guardians/conservators.
