The panelists will discuss common elements of a revocable trust, as well as its advantages (planning for incapacity, avoiding probate and preserving privacy) and disadvantages (no protection from creditors, little or no tax savings, costs). Panelists will also discuss the importance of executing a durable power of attorney in conjunction with a revocable trust.
