Antonio de Lecea, Minister-Principal Advisor for Economic and Financial Affairs for the Delegation of the European Union (E.U.) to the United States, and Richard Gaffin, Senior International Advisor, from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will provide a high-level comparison of the efforts to strengthen bank regulation in the European Union and the United States.
