Conflict of Interest Statutes and Regulations

The Federal and District of Columbia Conflict of Interest Statutes and Regulations (October 2001) is a summary of the Federal conflict of interest statutes governing present, future, and former government employees (18 USC §§ 203, 205, 207, 208, and 209), together with related regulations and other authority; and in addition, summarizing the corresponding District of Columbia statutes, regulations and other authority.
