The Hearing Committee’s report shall be filed with the Board not later than sixty days following the end of the hearing. The sixty days provided for by the Court’s rules for the preparation of the Hearing Committee’s report shall start to run at the close of the hearing. The Hearing Committee Chair may delegate the responsibility for the preparation of the Hearing Committee’s report to another member of the Hearing Committee.
