| 3.8—Persons
Before Whom Deposition May Be Taken
Depositions shall be taken before a person empowered to administer
oaths in the jurisdiction in which the deposition is to be taken. In addition,
either party may request that a person be designated by the Hearing Committee
Chair or the Chair of the Board, as the case may be, to preside at a deposition
and to rule on disputes that may arise. All depositions shall be reported
by a reporter secured by the party at whose instance the deposition is
taken.
