| 13.1—Submission
of Motions
- Time Limits. Except as otherwise provided in these rules,
(i) an application for an order or other relief shall be made
by filing a motion with the Board Office, and (ii) a response
or opposition thereto shall be filed within seven days of the
service of the motion, unless the Chair of the Board directs otherwise.
- Number of Copies. Two copies of all papers relating
to motions shall be filed with the Board Office, unless otherwise
ordered by the Chair of the Board. A copy shall be served on each
party separately represented.
