Members of the Board, its professional staff, and members of Hearing Committees shall not represent respondents, complainants, or witnesses in disciplinary proceedings during their tenure and for one year thereafter. In addition, participation as counsel for respondents by such individuals shall be governed by the provisions of Rule 1.11 pertaining to public officers or employees.
