In the event that respondent rejects an informal admonition, respondent shall request in writing a formal hearing. This hearing shall be conducted in accordance with Section 8(c) of Rule XI of the Rules Governing the Bar except that Bar Counsel and the Hearing Committee may not add any charge to the petition arising out of the same circumstances that Bar Counsel was aware of at the time of the investigation, which charge was not included in the original informal admonition.
