If a complaint is disposed of by an informal admonition, Bar Counsel shall promptly issue a letter of informal admonition. The letter shall recite the misconduct in summary form and specify the disciplinary rule or rules that respondent violated. Bar Counsel shall promptly send a copy of the letter of admonition to the complainant.
