Should either party wish to present documentary evidence at a hearing , such evidence shall conform to Board Rule 16.8 and be filed with the Board Office and served upon the opposing party at least ten calendar days in advance of the hearing date, unless otherwise ordered by the Chair of the Hearing Committee. Four copies of documentary evidence shall be filed with the Board Office, unless the Chair of the Hearing Committee directs otherwise.
