7.12 Submission of Motions in Proceedings Before a Hearing Committee

  1. Time Limits. Except as otherwise provided in these rules, all motions, requests, applications, challenges, and the like permitted or required to be filed by these rules shall be filed no later than seven days after the time prescribed for filing an answer to a petition unless the Chair of the Board or, if the matter is assigned to a Hearing Committee, the Chair of the Hearing Committee provides otherwise. Oppositions thereto shall be filed within seven days of the service of the motion unless the Chair of the Board or, where appropriate, of a Hearing Committee provides otherwise.
  2. Number of Copies. Four copies of all papers relating to motions shall be filed with the Board Office, unless otherwise ordered by the Chair of the Hearing Committee. A copy shall be served on each party separately represented.
