15.2—Disposition of Respondent’s Motion

 

The Board hereby delegates to the Chair authority to decide the matter presented by respondent’s motion under Board Rule 16.1 and any response thereto. The Board hereby directs the Chair, if respondent’s motion satisfies the requirements of Board Rule 15.1: (I) to submit to the Court on behalf of the Board a report that includes respondent’s affidavit, seeking from the Court an order disbarring respondent; or (ii) if Bar Counsel raises an objection to respondent’s motion to refer the matter to the full Board for resolution.
