Corrections in the official transcript may be made only to make it conform to the evidence presented at the hearing. No corrections or physical changes shall be made in or upon the official transcript of the hearing, except as provided herein. Transcript corrections agreed to by all parties may be incorporated into the record by the Hearing Committee. The Hearing Committee Chair shall resolve all disputes concerning the correctness of the transcript.
