On any motion filed under Board Rules 8.1, the Chair of the Board may enter an order, either sua sponte or for good cause shown upon motion of Bar Counsel or respondent, setting the matter for oral argument before the Board. Such order shall specify the date and hour of oral argument as well as the time allotted to each party.
