Bar Counsel shall file a statement with the Board setting forth its position with regard to whether reciprocal discipline is appropriate within thirty (30) days of filing a certified copy of the foreign jurisdiction’s order of discipline with the Court or within (30) days of the Court’s show cause order to Respondent, if an order is issued. The Executive Attorney shall forward to Bar Counsel and respondent copies of the foreign jurisdiction’s order, Section 11 of Rule XI, and Board Rule Chapter 8.

Bar Counsel’s statement shall apprise the Board of its position as to whether under Section 11(c) of Rule XI reciprocal discipline should be imposed.
