Uploaded Document Format Security

You can define permissions for designated file formats to restrict upload actions to users and/or groups with Upload permissions.

Set security for a file type by clicking the associated security icon in the Uploaded Document Formats dialog. The Uploaded Document Format Security dialog displays a list of users and groups currently permitted to upload documents of the selected type.

To remove permissions for the specified Users or Groups to upload documents of the type selected, click the associated delete icon , or select multiple user or groups, click Delete Selected from the More Actions dropdown, then click Go. Selected users or groups no longer have permissions to upload the specified document type.

To grant individual or group upload permissions for this document type, click Add User(s) or Add Group(s) for a listing of available CommonSpot users/groups.

The Uploaded Document Format Security - Add Users or Uploaded Document Format Security - Add Groups displays.
