Update Support Information

Select Update Support Information from the Administrators Reference left panel to review or update configuration information independently of submitting an incident.

The Update Support Information dialog displays.

This dialog collects or displays the same server, site, and user configuration information requested in the (Submit Incident Step 2 of 3) dialog. See Submit Incident (Step 2 of 3) for details on updating Support information.
