Remove CFABORT references

One of the side effects of how CommonSpot generates static content is that you can no longer use the CFABORT tag in any ColdFusion code used during page rendering. CFABORT interrupts the background process for generating the static versions of pages (which runs as a single thread, looping over all the pages targeted for static content rebuild) and stops page processing.

Note: When developing any code for rendering pages do not use the CFAbort or CFLocation tags.  See Best Practices in the CommonSpot Developer’s Guide.
