  • Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts Program. As per Court Order No. M-235-09, Appendix B has been deleted in its entirety effective August 1, 2010. Relevant provisions have been moved to Rule 1.15 of the D.C. Bar Rules of Professional Conduct and to new Section 20 of Rule XI of the Rules Governing the District of Columbia Bar.
