The D.C. Bar is seeking a temporary HR Recruiter/Generalist. The individual in this position will handle recruitment activities to include: posting positions, screening and sourcing resumes, conducting reference checks, scheduling interviews, and handling all onboarding activities. Additional duties include coordinating various employee events and activities, processing department invoices, maintaining and updating organizational charts and other departmental spreadsheets. HRIS experience a plus, ADP preferred. This position is expected to last approximately 2-4 months. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. with flexibility to adjust hours and days, but not to exceed 28 hours per week. Hourly rate is $25 to $31.
