REGULATORY COUNSEL OFFICE OF REGULATORY POLICY CENTER FOR DRUG EVALUATION AND RESEARCH
The FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Office of Regulatory Policy, is seeking Regulatory Counsels to handle many varied and complex regulatory policy issues pertaining to the regulation of human drugs. The successful candidate for this position will have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and at least three years of legal experience; excellent analytical and writing skills; experience either with or practicing before one or more Federal agencies involved in rulemaking; and problem-solving and leadership skills necessary to guide regulatory policy initiatives. Food and drug experience is desirable but not required. Salary range: GS-13: $90,823 – $118,069 per year/GS-14: $107,325 – $139,523 per year.

DIRECTOR OF CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS DIVISION
The District of Columbia Bar has an opening for a Director, Continuing Legal Education, in the Programs Division. This position is responsible for oversight of program, administrative and fiscal functions of the Bar's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Department. Programs within the CLE Department include: the Continuing Legal Education Core Program (CLE Core Program), the Mandatory Course on the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct and District of Columbia Practice (Mandatory Course) and the Rules of Professional Conduct Education Program (Rules Education Program).
The Director, Continuing Legal Education, reports to the Chief Programs Officer.
